A total body workout! Strength Training in a variety of programming so you never know whats coming! We will work hard for 35-40 min and then cool down/stretch for the remainder of class. We use dumbbells, boxes, bands and always your own bodyweight for resistance. Leave feeling energized & strong. This is an all levels class variations given & encouraged for each exercise to support every Body!
