This class spending equal parts time performing Strength & endurance exercises with dumbbells, boxes, bands and always your own bodyweight for resistance followed by practicing yoga inspired stretching. You will Leave feeling energized & strong. This is an all levels class variations given & encouraged for each exercise/pose to support every Body!
