This 6 week series blends gentle movement, supported poses, breathing practices and mindfulness meditation. BODY: Postures offered to increase flexibility, release tension patterns and balance energy flow and organ health.
MIND: students are guided to intentionally direct thought through loving awareness and create an inner sanctuary, a restful space to reflect with gratitude for all that is in the present moment. Safe for all levels of practice.
